If you receive items that do not meet your expectations, you may return them if in sellable condition to Bay Medical for credit or replacement. Please contact our Customer Care Department at (800)-237-5481 for a return authorization.
Full credit will be given for items returned in sellable condition within 30 days. Special orders and sterile items are not returnable. Restocking fees may apply. Freight charges are not refundable. International orders are non-refundable.
Doctors, Nurses, and Healthcare Professionals receive the same discounted prices given to Hospitals and Surgery Centers.
Bay Medical makes every effort to maintain the prices printed in the catalog and online to provide you with the most up-to-date and accurate pricing. Occasionally we receive cost increases from our suppliers; therefore, prices are subject to change without notice.

In-Stock items ordered before 3:00 PM are shipped out that day.
Our goal is to ship the most economical way for all of our customers using FedEx, UPS or DHL Ground Standard Delivery. Should you need expedited delivery (Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air), please let us know at the time of order, or call us: (800)-237-5481.
APO/FBO addresses are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and international shipments may need to ship air; additional charges may apply. Please note all Duties, Excise Taxes, VAT (value added taxes), Port Handling Fees and any additional cost associated with the delivery of your order will be the responsibility of the customer.
Oversize, heavy, or items that require special handling (drop-ship orders or expedited shipping) will be charged additional shipping charges.
