If you receive items that do not meet your expectations, you may return them if in salable condition to Bay Medical for credit or replacement. Please contact our Customer Care team with the item number and the original purchase order number for a return authorization.
Return and refund terms and conditions are subject to the manufacturer of each product so we handle returns and refunds on a case-by-case basis. Special orders and sterile items are not returnable. Restocking fees may apply. Freight charges are not refundable.
